Returns
We accept returns of unopened, undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at info@aldensupplies.shop.
Conditions
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging
- Custom printed items cannot be returned
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged goods, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear.
